TRENDING




Trending also can be identified as key feature of the typical building management system. Main objective of trending is storing history of real time data for future references. There can be identified two basic triggers for stored data

§ Specific time interval (polling type)

§ Selected amount of change (change of valve type)

Typically inputs, outputs and set points considered as trends.AHU supply fan status trend, AHU supply air temperature trend can be given as an example.

Multi trends

Multi trends allow viewing or printing a graph of trend log data. And also it confirms proper operation of the system by monitoring data values, can be compared graphs of trend logs and spot abnormal behaviors. In addition to that using multi trends can check recent data from a previous day in response to a reported problem and save history data can be identified as advantages of multi trends.
