Speed of neutral evaluation

Early Neutral Evaluation used early on in a case, can help drive what discovery is and is not needed, to get the parties to a quick, but informed mediation.  Hence, the speed of the resolution method is higher than any other ADR method. Neutral Evaluation can be applied for certain cases before goes to the complaint stage. As a result of that the speed of resolution is much more. That they can take a dispute to a neutral, who can determine the parameters and get the parties to a mediation or arbitration, without a public lawsuit being filed, means that the company’s shareholders are not turned off from investing in the company due to pending litigation (ADR Chambers, 2012).
