Benefits of POE and POE Outcomes

Depending on the objectives of the client organizations and the time frame involved, POE have uses and benefits over the short, medium and long term (Rohinowitz, 1988 cited Amarathunga 2002). The table 2-4 represents the short, medium and long term benefits.
