Why Work Schedule Plan is Prepared

· Work schedules are not a true part of job design because job tasks and responsibilities are not changed. Nevertheless ,we discuss adjustments in work schedules here because they alter the normal workweek of five eight hours days in which all employees begin and end their workday at the same time .Employee may depart from the traditional workday or workweek in their attempt to improve organizational productivity and moral by giving employees increased control over the hours they work. Good work schedule are going to be the way good, competitive business work.
