Project management is the process a company goes through to achieve goal or objective.  While project management may differ in style or function. It usually involves the same planning and preparation. Companies use project management to develop business operation, resource allocation, constraints and internal controls. Manufacturing project phase include product development , market analysis, financial risk reward measurement and supply chain management. Each phase of project management is reviewed in grate detail before a significant operation or change is implemented.
